Puerto Rico Reminds Insurers of Medical Loss Ratio Reporting Deadline

PR | The Oficina del Comisionado de Seguros today issued Regulatory Letter No. CN-2023-333-AS. It reminds health insurers of the July 31 deadline to present Reports of the Reason of Loss for Medical Services (“Medical Loss Ratio”). This is an annual requirement. Delaware Reminds Health Insurers of Survey Deadline

DE | The Delaware Department of Insurance today re-issued Domestic/Foreign Insurers Bulletin No. 52. It requires all health insurers doing business in the state to complete a Health Insurance Carrier Survey and return it to the DOI by September 15, 2023.
