VA | The Virginia Bureau of Insurance today issued Administrative Order No. 12169. It amends the National Council on Compensation Insurance’s Basic Manual for Writing Workers’ Compensation Insurance in Virginia. The amended manual is approved for use on new and renewal policies effective on or after January 1, 2024.
