VA | The Virginia Bureau of Insurance today issued Administrative Order No. 12170 and Administrative Order No. 12171. They amend the National Council on Compensation Insurance’s Experience Rating Plan Manual and Statistical Plan Manual for Writing Workers’ Compensation Insurance in Virginia to address COVID-19 claims and paid furloughed employees. The amended manual is approved for use on new and renewal policies effective on or after July 1, 2023.
