NM | The New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance today issued two bulletins related to adjuster licensing and compliance. Click on the links below to read each bulletin in full.

Bulletin 2023-006 announces a planned revision to the state’s regulations concerning resident and non-resident adjuster licensing. It also explains the current statutory requirements.

Bulletin 2023-007 clarifies surety bond requirements for adjusters. Only public adjusters need to provide these bonds to obtain and maintain licensure.
