PA| The Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner issued Notice 2026-09 proposing adding new categories including paratransit insurance (covering auto liability, physical damage, general liability, professional liability, and certain monoline coverages), as well as both developers and users of generative AI for first- and third-party liability coverage. Interested parties have 15 days from publication to submit detailed written comments via email to the Department, after which the Commissioner will publish either formal updates or confirmation that the existing export list remains unchanged.
