PA| The Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner has limited rate, rule, and policy form filing requirements to specified lines (including all personal risk, commercial property, commercial flood rates/rules only, farmowners, medical professional liability, workers’ compensation, CGL, BOP, commercial cyber, title, commercial auto, day care, and lender-placed), and has deregulated all other property and casualty lines from filing, while reminding insurers that all rates and forms—filed or not—must still comply with applicable federal and state law, including prohibitions on excessive, inadequate, or unfairly discriminatory rates and unfair practices; large commercial risks remain exempt from filing except for workers’ compensation and title, prior related notices (1995-09, 2014-10, 2026-03) are rescinded without re-imposing any prior filings, and this action is effective April 12, 2026.
