- Carriers are obligated to sign the OSI affidavit, distribute MMPR funds to policyholders by September 1, 2026, notify providers via the MMPR Letter, and accept that undistributed or improperly distributed amounts are subject to recovery or legislative reversion, with provider and carrier inquiries directed to OSI.
- Eligible independent providers/groups must have 2025 medical professional liability coverage reported in OSI’s April 10, 2026 data call with one of the listed qualifying carriers; surplus/excess lines and RRG policies are excluded.
