Kentucky Clarifies Language for Public Adjuster Contracts

KY | The Kentucky Department of Insurance today issued Advisory Opinion 2023-07. It interprets KRS 304.9-433 and KRS 304.9-4333 which govern allowable language for public adjuster contracts.
