Kentucky Announces Change to Error Tolerance Rates for Market Conduct Examinations

KY | The Kentucky Department of Insurance today issued Bulletin 2023-001. It provides a new schedule of error tolerance rates that will be applied during market conduct examinations. The new rates take effect on July 1, 2023.
