Kentucky Advises Public Adjusters on Interim Form Filing Procedures

KY | The Kentucky Department of Insurance today issued Bulletin-04. It reminds public adjusters of the requirement under HB 232 to file template contracts with the Department for approval. The bulletin outlines the filing process, which takes effect on June 29, 2023.
