NM | The New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance today issued Bulletin 2023-023. It informs insurers offering major medical coverage of new standardized language to be used in Evidence of Coverage (EOC) in effect on or after January 1, 2024. The language explains the coverage of prosthetics or orthodontics devices in a way that meets the standards set by New Mexico law.
