NM | The New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance today issued Bulletin 2023-019. It requires all fully-insured, major medical health insurance carriers to provide information regarding insurance coverage of substance use disorder treatment benefits. The bulletin includes a link to the data call form and instructions for reporting.
