NM | The New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance today issued a data call to all health insurance and health plan providers. On or before July 1, 2023, these entities must report the total number of insured children who are under the age of 19, in accordance with the Vaccine Purchasing Act.
The notice includes reporting requirements, exceptions to reporting requirements, responsibility for reporting, and enforcement penalties.
