NM | The Office of Superintendent of Insurance today issued Bulletin 2023-004. It establishes the Medicaid Transition Premium Relief Program for the 2023 Plan Year. The plan maintains continuity of health care coverage for consumers who will qualify for coverage through the New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange (NMHIX) after the Medicaid Continuous Coverage Requirement expires.
