UT | The Utah Insurance Department today issued Bulletin 2023-5. It reminds insurers, producers, and consultants offering large employer health benefit plans of the new reporting requirements. Effective January 1, 2024, insurers offering such plans must, upon request, provide the large employer or their representative an annual report, unless it meets specific exemption criteria.
