TX | The Texas Department of Insurance today issued Bulletin B-0007-23. It requires all title insurance companies and title insurance agents to submit data to be used in determining future premium rates.
Responses are due on or before August 21, 2023. The bulletin includes:

- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Fillable report form
- Instruction manual
