PR | The Oficina del Comisionado de Seguros (OCS) today issued Circular Letter CC-2023-2010-D. It reminds motor vehicle insurers that wish to provide insurance in Puerto Rico that they must notify the Commissioner in writing of their determination to participate in the “2023-2024 Compulsory Liability Insurance Selection Form.”
