OK| The Oklahoma Insurance Department Bulletin No. 2026-01 notifies all insurers licensed in Oklahoma for both property and casualty lines that, as OK-MAP “members” under 36 O.S. §§ 6413 and 6422, they must pay a 2026 Oklahoma Market Assistance Program annual assessment of $150, which funds the program’s efforts to help consumers obtain homeowners insurance, with invoices to be issued the first week of May 2026 and payment due September 1, 2026, remitted directly to the Oklahoma Market Assistance Program at PO Box 13488, Oklahoma City, OK 73113 (not to the Oklahoma Insurance Department), and advises that failure to pay may result in penalties including revocation of the insurer’s certificate of authority and/or a fine up to $5,000.
