OK | The Oklahoma Insurance Department today issued Bulletin No. 2-2023. It announces a special enrollment period (SEP) for Medicare supplement policies for Oklahomans disenrolled from SoonerCare. The bulletin outlines eligibility criteria for applicants. Insurance companies cannot refuse to sell a policy to beneficiaries who fall under the SEP or charge higher premiums because of their health status, claims experience, or medical condition.
