MS | The Mississippi Insurance Department today issued Bulletin 2023-2. It urges insurance companies to work with policyholders impacted by the severe weather events of March 24, 2023. This is NOT a moratorium. Instead, insurers are asked to show flexibility for a 90-day period before canceling or declining to renew policies for failure to pay premiums.
