MS | The Mississippi Insurance Department today issued Bulletin 2023-3. It urges health insurance companies to work with policyholders impacted by the severe weather events of March 24, 2023, in order to replace necessary medications. It asks insurers to waive refill timeframes except as they apply to Schedule II controlled substance medications.
