CO | The Colorado Division of Insurance today issued Emergency Regulation 22-E-21. This regulation authorizes the tolling of certain time limits of policyholder benefits for insureds impacted by catastrophic disasters such as the wildfires of recent years.
The regulation takes effect on December 29, 2022.
