CO | The Colorado Division of Insurance today announced the adoption of an amended Regulation 4-6-8. The regulation concerns the applicability and scope of the small group provisions; carriers’ obligations to provide coverage; employee eligibility requirements; the use of restrictive riders; rules relating to fair marketing; and carrier disclosure requirements.
The amended regulation takes effect on April 15, 2023.
