CO | The Colorado Division of Insurance today announced the adoption of new or amended regulations concerning cost-sharing for medications. Click on the links below to read each in full.
- Regulation 4-2-90 Concerning Coverage for COVID-19 Vaccines – This regulation requires carriers to cover these vaccines without cost-sharing.
- Amended Regulation 4-2-58 Non-Discriminatory Cost-Sharing and Tiering Requirements for Prescription Drugs – This regulation establishes rules for carriers for this coverage area.
Both regulations take effect on January 14, 2023.
