CO | The Colorado Division of Insurance today announced the adoption of Emergency Regulation 23-E-07. It ensures that carriers and pharmacy benefit managers provide contraceptive benefits as part of health benefit plans and similar programs. The regulation is effective as of August 7, 2023.
