AR | The Arkansas Insurance Department today issued Bulletin No. 12-2023. It explains that the Arkansas Prior Authorization Act and its subsequent amendments apply to physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists when they act within the scope of their professional licenses. The bulletin includes the definition of “provider” from the relevant code.
