OK | The Oklahoma Insurance Department today issued a Special Notice concerning the claim settlement process. The notice reminds insurers to include documentation such as insurance adjuster’s reports, claim settlement reports, or claims statements/estimates when issuing settlement checks, if they applicable to the claim.
