CO | The purpose of this regulation, Amended Regulation 3-4-1, is to set forth rules and procedural requirements which the Commissioner deems necessary to carry out the provisions of the Insurance Holding Company Systems Act, Part 8 of Article 3 of Title 10 of the Colorado Revised Statutes. The information called for by this regulation is hereby declared to be necessary and appropriate in the public interest and for the protection of the policyholders in this State.
This regulation will become effective on January 1, 2025.
