TX | The Texas Department of Insurance today issued Commissioner’s Bulletin #B-0011-23. It announces a mandatory data call for all insurers that wrote certain lines of property and casualty insurance in 2022. Insurers must report information about disallowed expenses no later than September 29, 2023.
