PR | The Oficina del Comisionado de Seguros today issued Normative Letter CN-2023-337-AS. It rescinds the requirement to include certain language required under Law 142-2020 in policies effective as of January 1, 2024. This change reflects the decision in Medicaid and Medicare Advantage Products Association of Puerto Rico, Inc., et al., v. Domingo Emanuelli Hernandez, in his official capacity as Secretary of Justice of Puerto Rico, et al.
