PR | The Oficina del Comisionado de Seguros today issued Normative Letter CN-2023-335-D. It advises health insurance and health benefit plan providers regarding changes in coverage requirements following the expiration of the federal public health emergency. The letter also repeals the following Normative Letters: CN-2020-(265, 268, 269, 270, 271, 274, 278, 279, 289)-D, CN-2021-(292, 301)-D, CN-2022-315-AS.
