- Amended Regulation 4-2-53 explains standards and requirements for network adequacy filings and reporting for ACA-compliant health benefit plans.
- Amended Regulation 4-2-54 provides additional information about requirements and procedures for network adequacy filings and reporting for ACA-compliant health benefit plans.
Both regulations take effect on June 30, 2023.
