CO | The Colorado Division of Insurance today announced the re-adoption of Amended Regulation 4-2-39 Concerning Premium Rate Setting for Non-Grandfathered Individual, Small and Large Group Health Benefit Plans. The regulation now includes a minimum benefit ratio guideline for expatriate health plans.
The regulation takes effect on May 30, 2023.
