AR | The Arkansas Department of Insurance today issued Bulletin No. 5-2023. It directs health insurers writing Medicare supplement business in the state to offer a guaranteed issue plan to all applicants who exhausted their open enrollment period as a result of continuous enrollment during the recent public health emergency.
