UT | The Utah Insurance Department today issued Bulletin 2023-1(a). It reminds insurers of the required standards for health insurance information cards. This includes cards for health benefit plans, dental insurance, and vision insurance.
All insurers offering health insurance are expected to comply with the standards for policies or certificates issued or renewed on or after July 1, 2023.
