OK | The Oklahoma Insurance Department today issued Bulletin No. 9-2022. This bulletin designates National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc. to develop and administer the assigned risk plan for Oklahoma, effective November 1, 2022, in accordance with Senate Bill 524.
