Colorado Provides Guidance for Premium Rate Requirements for Colorado Option Standardized Health Benefit Plans

CO | The Colorado Division of Insurance today issued an amended Bulletin B-4.121. This bulletin provides carriers with additional guidance for complying with the premium rate requirements of the Colorado Option Standardized Health Benefit Plans. The amendment updates the consumer price index for urban consumers (CPI-U) metric used in the Colorado Option Premium Rate Reduction target.
