WY | The Wyoming Department of Insurance today issued a memo informing insurers writing medical malpractice insurance of amended reporting requirements. Effective July 1, 2023, insurers no longer need to file annual medical malpractice reports UNLESS the Department provides three (3) months advance notice of the requirement.
