WY | The Wyoming Department of Insurance today issued a memorandum to insurers, producers, and continuing education providers. It announces the recent update to Chapter 64: Regulation Governing Suitability and Annuity Transactions. The regulation takes effect on July 5, 2023.
The updated chapter also addresses continuing education requirements for annuities producers. The deadline for completing annuity-specific CE is January 5, 2024.
