VT | The Vermont Department of Financial Regulation has issued two insurance bulletins in response to recent severe weather. Click on the links below to read each bulletin for details.
- Insurance Bulletin No. 225 – This bulletin authorizes the use of catastrophe adjusters and appraisers for a ninety (90) day period beginning on July 10, 2023. It outlines the requirements for approval.
- Insurance Bulletin No. 226 – This bulletin provides guidance for the use of catastrophe adjusters, claims handling, premium payments and vacancy, and underwriting during the current emergency.
