WA | The Surplus Line Association of Washington today issued a Bulletin reminding surplus lines brokers and other insurance professionals licensed under Chapter 27 of the state’s code of their responsibility to provide up-to-date contact information for the OIC. They are also encouraged to familiarize themselves with methodologies and legal timelines for communicating with the OIC.
The requirement is effective as of July 1, 2023.
