- ID 13-2023: 2023 Coordination of Benefits and Medicare Part B Rulemaking was amended to address Coordination of Benefit (COB) issues arising out of individuals being entitled to but not enrolled in Medicare Part B. The order was filed on June 22, 2023, and takes effect on July 1, 2023.
- ID 26-2023: Repeal Relating to Disclosure of Information about Complaints Regarding Unlawful Claims Settlement Practices clarifies the legal foundations regarding disclosure of insurance complaint records. The order was filed on June 28, 2023, and takes effect on July 1, 2023.
