OR | The Oregon Division of Financial Regulation today announced the adoption of Temporary Administrative Order ID 48-2023. The temporary rule allows health insurers to impose a copayment of not more than $5 for certain primary care or behavioral health office visits. This rule is effective from July 28, 2023 through January 23, 2024.
