Oregon Issues Expectations of Insurers Regarding Explanations of Insurance Decisions

OR | The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services Division of Financial Regulation has issued Bulletin No. DFR 2024-6.

The purpose of this bulletin is to remind insurers of the division’s expectation to provide clear and unambiguous communications about insurance decisions and to provide timely information to producers.
