NJ | The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance today issued Bulletin 23-06. It announces the Department’s participation in a multi-state Climate Risk Disclosure Survey. The bulletin includes the NAIC Climate Risk Disclosure Survey document and reporting instructions.
Completed survey responses are due on or before August 31, 2023.
