MA | The Massachusetts Division of Insurance has issued Bulletin 2024-02 to supplement Bulletin 2023-05 (“Behavioral Health Wellness Examinations”) and to inform Carriers regarding the requirement to provide behavioral health wellness examinations according to Chapter 177 of the Acts of 2022.
