MA | The Massachusetts Division of Insurance has issued Bulletin 2023-04 to Commercial Health Insurers, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Inc., and Health Maintenance Organizations (“Carriers”) to identify the Division’s expectations regarding Carriers’ requirement to provide reimbursement for behavioral health care provided through the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model.
