LA | The Louisiana Department of Insurance today issued Bulletin 2022-09 (Revised and Reissued). It announces revisions to the Catastrophe Claims Process Disclosure Guide to provide clarification that La. R.S. 22:1898 applies to authorized property and casualty insurers who issue homeowner policies.
