Louisiana Creates Regulation for Timber, Agriculture Transportation Self-Insureds

LA | The Louisiana Department of Insurance today announced the promulgation of Regulation 128 – Louisiana Timber and Agriculture Transportation Group Self-Insurance Funds. The law authorizes the creation of such funds and gives the Department regulatory authority over them.
