ID | The Idaho Department of Insurance today issued Bulletin No. 23-05. It provides guidance regarding the use of the March 2023 edition of the NAIC’s Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual and January 1, 2023, edition of the NAIC’s Valuation Manual when preparing and filing 2023 quarterly and annual financial statements.
